Our Approach
My Philosophy
Birth can be a beautiful, transforming & incredible experience.
There are three important factors that must exist:
1 - The birthing person is equipped with effective comfort techniques that will short circuit the fear/tension/pain cycle.
2 - The birthing person is well taken care of, pampered and loved during labor.
3 - The birth team, especially the partner, is well educated and able to advocate throughout the experience.
Our Story
My Story
I started my journey in birth in November of 2013, when I experience a healing, beautiful VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean), after being told that I wasn't a good 'candidate' for a vaginal birth. After I had my son at home in 2015, my passion for the beauty of birth overflowed. I immersed myself into this passion with the support and love from my family and today, I am also running a non profit organization that helps women and families have the experience that they are entitled to.
